In today’s world, life’s hustle can distract you from the important things in life. Robert, a high school teacher, woke up late a February morning to his wife calling with some great news. However, his dedication to his students and their priorities caused him to neglect the important things: family. Without Delay is an inspirational tale that dramatizes the significance of family and will leave you remembering that above all, your family is your life.

FILM WITHOUT DELAY
About the Crew
The Producer of this venture is myself, Marco Comeau. I am a G-Star Alumni who won a regional award with Scholastic, worked on the award winning Code Red and Things They Say, and has worked closely with Michele Hillery, the director of the Palm Beach County Film and Television Commission for many years.
The Director of the film is JeanCarlo Ramirez. JeanCarlo is a G-Star and Young Arts Alumni as well as a future student of School of Visual Arts in NYC. He has filmed for National Geographic and his films have been recognized internationally with screenings at film festivals in NYC, Cairo, Egypt, and Los Angeles. He’s also been awarded in the Palm Beach County International Student Showcase of Films, the Palm Beach Youth Cultural Film Festival and the Young Arts as well as in the Top 4 South Florida Students chosen for the Burt Reynolds Scholarship.

The Director of Photography on this picture is Michael LaFrance. Michael has over a decade of experience and is the owner and operator of LaFrance Films, a professional company that has filmed dozens of weddings, social gatherings and corporate videos.
Tim Callobre produced the score. Tim is a Young Arts Alumni, named a 2011 YoungArts Winner in music composition and was nominated to be a Presidential Scholar in the Arts. He has won numerous awards from various organizations and societies and has played across the country and in the White House.

David Stewart Jr. crafted vocals for the film. A Young Arts Alumni, he is a part of Berklee’s College of Music and is the lead in the band of his name, which tours nationwide.

Conrad Tao composed a pianist piece for the endeavor. Conrad, also a part of Young Arts, was included on Forbes’ “30 Under 30” list for music stars, along with celebrities such as Adele, Bruno Mars and Taylor Swift. He has been awarded the Presidential Scholar in the Arts, a Young Arts gold medal in music, a Gilmore Young Artist and the prestigious Avery Fisher Career Grant. He currently attends Columbia University/Julliard School in a joint degree.

Omar Torres wrote the screenplay. A G-Star Alumni, he is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Film Production from Florida State University’s College of Motion Picture Arts. He has worked on several award winning student productions like Aversion Conspiracy, Code Red, and Things They Say starring Ron Palillo.

Connor Milligan edited the film. He started his production company, CAM Productions, which services mostly to artists in need of music videos. A few bigger accomplishments Connor has under his belt include him recording live performances for Roscoe Dash, Ying Yang Twins, Travis Porter, and Lil John.

Production participation will be provided by students from the G-Star School of the Arts’ Film Production unit that recently worked on and completed their school’s student film Potential: including Rashard Martin, the project’s director, and Athina Angel, the production manager. Both have great experience and passion and have had their films nominated with Scholastic and the Palm Beach International Film Festival.

C-YoungArts: An Affair of the Arts Performance from Joe Salvatore on Vimeo.

Excerpts from YoungArts: An Affair of the Arts Performance on January 12, 2013 at the Olympia Theater at the Gusman Center for the Performing Arts. Features clips from the performance that I curated and directed featuring alums of the YoungArts program. Includes an original classical guitar piece, an original pop song, and several original pieces of choreography that I commissioned for the event. The gala also honored award recipients Debbie Allen, Joshua Bell, and Adrian Grenier.
